1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by RJT Construction LLC, 6041 Van Zandt St, Houston, TX 77016. We provide commercial general contracting, roofing, concrete, steel erection and site work since 2008.
2. Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website. The work itself is governed by the written agreement, quote or invoice we agree with you.
3. Contacting us does not create a contract
Sending an enquiry through this site starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a binding agreement for construction work and does not reserve a date. Work is agreed when we confirm it with you directly.
4. Bids, proposals and estimates
Anything quoted on this site or given before we have walked the site and reviewed drawings is a preliminary figure, not a bid. Scope, site conditions, permitting, material pricing and schedule all move the number. The price that binds is the one in a signed proposal or contract. Change orders are priced and approved in writing before the work is done.
5. Licensing and insurance
RJT Construction LLC carries the licensing and insurance required for the work we perform in Texas. Certificates are available on request. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation that we are licensed to perform work outside that scope or outside Texas.
6. Information on this site
We keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your particular situation and should not be relied on as though it were.
7. Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or submit false enquiries.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout, logo and design on this site belong to RJT Construction LLC or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
