For Houston-metro projects, most site walks are scheduled inside 3 business days with written estimates 48 hours after the walk. For Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Corpus Christi, and other statewide projects, we coordinate the site visit based on scope, usually within the same week.
Our core trades (general contracting, concrete, roofing, steel erecting, and site work) are in-house. For specialty scopes like MEP we use vetted partners held to the same standards.
